Say a couple is contemplating marriage. Each earns $125,000. A a sidenote, they are faaar from being "wealthy". The area in which they live has an incredibly high cost-of-living, as in the median-price home costs $500,000 and has 3 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms, a 1 car garage and almost no yard. That is not the home of wealth. And they can't even afford that. They are young. They did not make loads of money in the 90s. They have student loans. Under Obama's plan, are these kids better off not getting married?

After watching the machine girl trailer me and my frind had an arguement over a 2 or 1 armed girl. My aregument was that she would appreciate you more for over looking her physical handicap and feel more of a sensual bond where as he says he would rather have a 2 armed girl for work and raising a family. Big Ben vs Palmer, Who is the AFC North's Best QB?

This is a tough contest as their strengths are completely different. Palmer is easily the better pocket per. He has a more accurate arm and makes better, faster decisions than Roethlisberger. Big Ben's unique strength is his legs. You'd be hard put to find a better scrambler. Ben reacts better to pressure outside of the pocket and he reads holes as well as many running backs. He also has the size advantage. Due to Palmer's pocket ability, though, he'll naturally have better ping statistics. I think each QB is the best fit for THEIR TEAM. I'd rather see Ben with the Steelers offense and Palmer with the Bengals offense than the other way around. But put with a generic offense, I'd take Palmer. He has more ability and he's a smarter player.

I was pregant with Gabriella, Harley, and Ireland in 04, then I had Jillan in 05 and now pregant with quads, Kayla, Lacy, Madeline and Natasha. Very Smelly Maltese!?

My dog is 6 and a half years old... recently (within the past week) we have noticed a very strong foul odor coming off of her. I bathed her, and the smell returned within a few minutes. It's so strong, no matter how many times we bathe her. The scent is coming off her back, towards her tail. It smells like rotting, that's how terrible it is. She eats dry dog food prescribed by the vet (she has a weak stomach), with a little bit of chicken broth in it. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!

I ride my mountain bike everyday, but you might be talking about an exercise bike. Either way you should always mix it up by changing gears gradually. Staying on the same gear can cause a plateau effect from your muscles adjusting to the repeated stress. To burn fat you need to keep your heart rate up, start on the easier gears and gradually increase to harder gears after a few minutes, then come back down and use the easier gears as a cool down period before going up the gradual 'hill' again.

Alright, I'm 22 years old and I finally decided that this summer IS the summer when I'm going to have a flat stomach. I'm a thick girl : P but my tummy is the only place where I actually have excess fat. Among wanting to wear a smaller pant and shirt size, I want to get my belly on pierced this summer. So, I'm going to start my regimen of running for a half an hour 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On those same days, I'm going to do some ab work, crunches, etc to tone the muscles. Also, I'm cutting out soda completely (I did that for prom and found it very easy!! : P) and I'm drinking tons of water and I'm watching what I eat. Has anyone here been successful in losing their belly fat that can give me some more tips to add to what I'm going to be doing? Thanks!! : )

I have concerns over the generally accepted view that the little girl was abducted by a stranger, like many I feel that something just does no add up. However putting that to one side the subsequent behaviour of the McCann seems extremely odd. I am a lecturer at a University in the UK, male, 46 years old and single. I mostly supervise post graduate students such as those working on postgraduate research. My colleague supervises a young woman of 34 who I do deal with at times but I am not her thesis supervisor. Should I go to the doctors?

I have a horrible flu, I don't know if it's swine, but my throat is KILLING ME. Literally, I've had some of the worst sore throats ever, even a tonsillectomy complication where my throat bled and this still hurts worse. I can't talk at all, my chest is like filled with phlegm and if I cough it doesn't go away. I can't eat or drink much because it hurts to much to swallow. If I go to my walk in clinic can they prescribe tau?

Had polyp removed during colonoscopy. How long until I find out if its cancer?

Had the procedure on Wed. and my Dr. removed a polyp. She sent it to be biopsied... How long does that take and when will I know if it is cancerous? I have an appt. to see my Dr. Monday, but if it turns out to be cancer, would I know sooner than Monday? I wasn't real worried until today... But now I am getting more and more worried, especially since I've had some very severe epi-gastric attacks lately, and we're trying to figure out why I'm sick all the time. Why will my laptop's sound not work?

My laptop [(Vaio Vista) VGN-CR220E] is having a few minor problems. First is my battery on full last 3 hours- that's what it says- really I have 2 minutes. And second [MOST ANNOYING] is my sound does not work. I have had this laptop for nearly 3 years, and the sound now likes to come and go (more going than coming) with crackles. Did she molest me, or was this childhood curiousity?

My older sister (I'm male) is really depressed because she thinks (and my mom thinks) she molested me when we were little. I remember the situation and think it was not a big deal- weird, I know, that I'm the one trying to convince her that it's not a problem. Basically, we saw a movie in a hotel room (our parents were in the adjoining room and didn't know), and my sister acted out a scene from the with me. She was 11, and I was 5. I remember the incident well- all that happened was she "humped" me- there was no force, threatening, no touching each other's privates or kissing. I really remember it as a game. I know she feels guilty because the game was her idea, she was the older one, and we lifted each other's pjs so there was some skin to skin contact (but NO or attempted- ew.) As an adult, she told me she had never seen before that incident, and she thinks she was imitating what she saw. She didn't get anything ual out of it, and I believe her. She has never threatened me to not tell anyone, or that we have to keep it a secret. I think she was so young she didn't even think of it like that. I told her it's really not a big deal, and it only happened that one time. She never did anything like that again. I also don't think she had any concept of what she was doing- I know when I was 11, I didn't understand what was the way I did later as a teen/adult. I think my mom is to blame because my sister admitted this to her, and my mom completely flipped out. She is calling my sister a child molester and that she should turn herself into the police. This situation was over 25 years ago! Did my sister really molest me, if she herself was a child and didn't even know what molestation was? I feel she is a good person, has never been in trouble as a child or adult, and this is being blown way out of proportion.

Did I not do something right with my Iguana?

I just had an Iguana die today, it was 4 - 4 1/2 years old. Her skin looked like she was going to lay eggs, however she didn't get a chance to. Did I mess up on something, and not do something I should have? Last time she laid them in the bed, but this time I think the eggs might have gotten stuck while she was trying to push them out. I have to do a mock trial at school and I have been given the role of Prosecutor. The case is about two police officers who have come to the scene of a one-car accident to help keep traffic moving along and stabilize the situation. One of the police officers gets into the car to move it out of the road because the car owner is injured; but notices that there is a flat tire. He gets out of the car and goes into the trunk to get a spare tire and finds weed (7.5 ounces) and money (500 dollars in twenties). I need to somehow prove that this search was reasonable. Is there anywhere in the Criminal Code that covers this or does anyone know of a precedent?

Should I drain some oil out of my car?

yes. you should drain some out. too much oil puts extra pressure on the oil system and over a period of time can cause seals to leak. 3/4 of a quart isnt bad, but it still wouldnt hurt to correct this. and as an alternative to draining it out of the oil plug (messy and may drain too much) start the car for about 5 seconds, then remove the oil filter, pour the oil out of it, reinstall it, then start the car again for 10 seconds. may take 1 or two times to do it that way, but it only removes about .30 of a quart out at a time. may be a little easier for ya.

Handbreak Not Working on Toshiba Tecra 8200 Laptop?

As i said above, i am having some problems with handbrake, the free dvd encrypter. I have a Toshiba Tecra 8200 Laptop that is made by Windows. Handbrake does work with Windows, i checked on their website. I will insert the DVD (mean girls, in my case) and i will do the source and all that, then when i click start, it takes about a full day (24 hours) to 'encode'. Then, when i copy the movie file into my itunes, the movie is only like 40 minutes and it is mostly just green color. I have 512 RAM and all the other necessary requirements. Does anyone know what my problem could be? Answers are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Where can i get or what kind of power supply do i need for my computer?

i have a gateway SX2803-25e desktop computer. its one of those slimed down ones. it rececently died, not sure how, but my guess is the power supply needs to be replaced. after pressing the power on, little things like the keyboard, mouse, case light and cd tray work, but the light for the power on is out and the monitor doesnt register that the computer is on. So in 2004 our city got hit by a tornado. Except the tornado was so weak that it was barely even clified as a tornado (it was pretty much just a really strong thunderstorm). Two of my friends' houses had a few shingles of their roof damaged. This happened 5 years ago but my friends will not stop talking about it! It's like they want me and my other friends to feel bad for them or something. Now they keep saying that they are super afraid of thunderstorms. I have another friend who was out driving while this happened and she is fine with storms and she even goes outside to watch them. I know of people who are left homeless after tornadoes but they still don't go around bragging that they were in a tornado and all that. They still love thunderstorms. I know that I don't have a right to tell them how to feel but it seems a little exaggerated how they practically scream when the tiniest little rumble is heard. I do think you might need to watch your word limit since these essays usually have them. The conclusion of your statement really speaks to your personality and you do a good at exposing yourself to the reader. A person who takes action and isn't inactive when new information comes across you. You project a good image and should be able to get in. I think the first sentences should be cut down a bit and refocused on yourself. Other than that I enjoyed the essay and think you are a gifted writer. The first sentence of the last paragraph : "Evidently, through my writing you can see how much I value the knowledge, intelligence, creativity and imagination we all have, particularly my family and I". This sentence makes you sound arrogant, rephrase it.

How to develop a political ideology?

I am sick and tired of this argument between communism and capitalism. Both systems are flawed, and they both have strengths. The good thing that comes out of communism is socialism (Rights) and the good thing that comes out of Capitalism is individualism (Freedom) This bickering between two ideologies is pointless. I myself believe in Democratic Socialism, but think that it is time for a new political ideology. How can I develop my ideas, and turn them into reality, I love all humans, and want to better our governemnt, make a government that actually helps the people, a governement that allows both the rights of socialism and the freedom of capitalism. Communism in my mind represents true manhood, respect for his fellow man, but I don't believe it works as a government system. Since everyone has they're own opinions, why don't we just mix all the positive aspects of both communism, democracy, socialism and capitalism, and create an all lasting system that incorporates both opinions, compromising human opinion and nature! Birth control causing IBS-D?

Hi all. I just started Yasmin about a month ago and am now on my week of placebo pills. I'm concerned because ever since I started taking the pill, I've had very soft watery stools...and its been occurring more this week (the placebo pill week) than when I was taking the active pills (though it did occur during the active pills as well). I was just wondering if anyone else on birth control has had a problem like this relating to IBS-D symptoms and how they have dealt with it. I am going to try watching what I eat (eating more insoluable fibers) and excersizing more...but will the IBS-D go away within a few months while my body gets used to the pill? Or will I always have this problem while taking the medication?

You are very lucky as most people never hear a guinea pig chirping like a bird as they do not do it that often, I have had guinea pigs for 32 years and just 2 weeks ago was awakened my my Miya chirping, it was great. That was the 1 and only time I have heard it in person. So we have spanish together, and i bring a snack for us to eat everyday. and when she walks past my desk to get to her seat, she always acts like shes gonna hit me or something. and today, she got up to throw the snack wrapper away, and as she walked behind my chair, i scooted back really fast as an attempt to flirt with her.she laughes about it like normal. and on the way back from the trashcan, she tickles my side, like where every person is really ticklish. and she smiles about it then too. and we both laugh obviously. then last week at the football game, i was looking fro my friends nick and jacob to sit with, but i couldnt find them. it was the rival football game which is the biggest game of the year in the whole county. so it was extra crowded. and i finnally found my friends, and was walking to sit with them, and she playfully pushes me, and asks me to sit with her and her friend meagan. so i sat with them the whole game and we were pretty close together. like shoulder to shoulder (literally) because it was so crowded. and we had a really fun time. also in spanish cl i look at her, and when she looks at me, we both smile, and laugh. and i see her in the hallway two periods later, and we always smile and wave. I want to either ask her out, or to homecoming, which is the first weekend in october. so does she like me or not? i cant really tell! think it is a bit expensive, it will be durable, but it is an incredible machine. the first G35 couple had such great lines everyone loved it. The look of this vehicle is a bit more subdued. think it only competition is the BMW 335 - the BMW is much more expensive so i imagine alot of folks will opt for the G37 - plus the tech on the g37 is nice. It is a decent coupe ( not as fast as the sedan tho !!! go figure... )

It is a personal choice and heck...as long as they are not naming their kids names like ... apple, inspector, puma, coco or fifi...I say it is fine.
