My age is 60 yrs. I am a male. When I drink beer or scotch 0.500 ml /0.060ml I get body-pain.?

And I do not get sleep.I have hernia on the upper portion of the abdomen.Past 6 months I have cough and as per the Dr. it is acidity.Every forty minutes white plume collects like (Soap h), salty taste. Once this h is spat out, severe itching occurs in the throat and then cough comes to an end. I take blood pressure reducing tablet 2.5 mg. one a day. Can anybody suggest a diagnosis for the above symptoms.
