Need info on feeding????? im clueless and a first time mom!!!!!?

ok so i am a first time mom and as far as feeding goes i am unsure of what to eat .....what not to eat.....and how to go about pumping and saving milk....is there a book(COVERING EVERYTHING) or any of u feeding mothers can help me????? i hear u have to freeze milk and let it defrost..idk im confused
