Can anyone tell me what kind of Puppy this is?

to me the puppy doesnt look full breed he looks like a pitbull mixed with a mutt and no the color inside the mouth means nothing like in the chow breed there toungs can be black and it means nothing either way black or pink they also can have spotted toungs,or sharpees can have the same thing.but your puppy is pretty.
