Should I give up Wes Welker for this?

I've been offered Steve Smith(NYG) Knowshon Moreno and Terrell Owens in a trade for Wes Welker. It's a deep league that starts 4 WR and 3 RB. I have Greg Jennings, Hines Ward, Mike Williams(SEA), Mike Wallace, Demaryius Thomas, Dexter McCluster, Jacoby Jones and Brandon LaFell at WR and Mendenhal, Ryan Mathews, Forte and Larry Johnson as backs. Should I accept the trade? If so I'll obviously have to drop some players.
