Can I file a suit for harrasment over benefits?

A previous employer has reaked havoc with my income and personal life, by throwing a wrench into my recieving benefits that I was found to be eligable for. They have failed to appear for 2 court dates. They continue to cause me grief and lose of pay by taking days off for court, which end up being canceled and reschedule. I believe they are retaliating against me for causing them to lose a differant court battle with another company. Iv had enough ing around, Im back to work and dont need the benefits anymore, but they are still keeping this in the courts. Causing me stress and lose of income. I would love to sue the crap out of them for making me go two months with no income, even though I was found elegiable.
