Serious Birth Control Question,Plz help?

ok,so this is a complicated one but i will give 10 pts to anyone who can tell me the answer.OK,so ive been taking aviane 28 day tablets which is the generic for Alesse for 2wks and a day today.I started on the day my period started.The doctor told me that i needed to wait 2wks,3wks to be sure,till i have or i could get pregnant.Here`s the problem,for the first 8 days i took the pill everyday when i woke up,which varied by about 4 hours or more so i switched to taking it everyday at 7:20 in the morning.I have been taking it at 7:20 for 1 week today but im not sure if i have to wait 2 more wks because i changed the time or if i can have and not worry about getting pregnant when i get to week 3 of taking my pills.I havent missed any since i started but i REALLY dont want to get pregnant.The thing that really worries me about when i changed the time of taking my pills i had breakthrough bleeding and it has not stopped.It is only spotting unless ihave or touchmyself .Thnku,Lissa
