Should I go to the doctors?

I have a horrible flu, I don't know if it's swine, but my throat is KILLING ME. Literally, I've had some of the worst sore throats ever, even a tonsillectomy complication where my throat bled and this still hurts worse. I can't talk at all, my chest is like filled with phlegm and if I cough it doesn't go away. I can't eat or drink much because it hurts to much to swallow. If I go to my walk in clinic can they prescribe tau?
