Do some people actually believe this is a miracle?

I got a picture of Jesus left in my mailbox (not my email) from a local church not too long ago. It was an optical illusion where if you stared at his face for a while it appears as though his eyes have opened where they were formerly closed. It's the same illusion I have seen in optical illusion books, except this one had Christ's face on it. The paper/flyer said that it was a miracle. So I am wondering, do some people actually fall for that?
