Does a 1993 Grand Am have spark plugs?

I was going to give my daughters car a tune up. When I went in to do it, the thing doesnt appear to have spark plugs. I didn't see plugs, plug wires, a distributor...what's up with that and just how do I tune this thing up? It's a 4 cyl by the way.
